In an innovative and spectacular ceremony party organized by developers Ornate Spaces in Mumbai, unveiled the residential mixed-use project designed by 3XN called Grove Towers.
A cluster of trees that are twisted together seemingly
3XN's design team was invited to the event which released the 78,000 m2 project inspired by the nature of the mangroves of India and Mumbai. As clusters of mangrove apparently stems are twisted together at the base, the two towers in this mixed use development converge on the lower floors, rising to provide recreational areas in the higher levels and grow toward the sky like tree branches, providing some of the most well distributed residential accommodation in Mumbai. Each unit has views in at least two directions, many of which look into the mangroves to the north and the Indian Ocean to the west.
Kim Herforth Nielsen, Director and Creative Director at 3XN says. "With this design Grove Towers, we wanted to create something special for Mumbaikars and Ornate Spaces pvt Every time I visit the city I am overwhelmed by the force of the community in all aspects of Indian life. I want this to be a vertical community space that brings people together, and becomes a stage for growth and life. '
In addition, the project is an example of the integration of GXN and Innovation Unit 3XN in the design process. Your participation in the form of the facade significantly reduces solar gain and maximize natural ventilation points to the LEED Gold certification. With more than 2500 m2 of vertical gardens, the building reduces CO2 in the wet and congested environment of Mumbai, cleaning the air around it.
It is expected that the construction period last 3 years.

Given the enthusiasm generated during the presentation of the prototype in 2012, Aerofex commercialize his motorcycle flying in 2017.
Also easy to drive a motorcycle or a quad, but with ducted rotors hovercraft: Aerofex the commercial version is designed to hover above the ground at a maximum speed of 72 kilometers per hour and heights of nearly 3.7 meters above the ground. For stability and ease equivalent to driving a motorcycle, the engineers had to overcome several technical challenges, starting with the problem of "coupling effect. "The coupling effect results from the combined use of ducted rotors and an open rotor, such as one sees on helicopters. That is to say, when the driver is forward, the rotor can turn left due to aerodynamics. To solve this problem of stability and coupling effect, Aeofex filed several patents. One of the solutions the company was installing a shroud around the base of the two rotors, front and rear, to add an additional level of control over the movement of the vehicle.
The Aerofex engineers were also solve the problem of strong gusts of wind. For this, they were inspired by drones Quardropter.quadricopters These are based on the circuits found in smart phones and integrating gyroscopes and accelerometers. They can measure the direction and strength of the wind, and with these data, the onboard computer can automatically compensate for the wind.

Remember all those cartoon characters you used to watch, and now imagine how they might look in the real world. This is exactly what digital artist Dan Luvisi does in his latest series titled “Popped Culture”. He takes the cartoon characters everyone knows and loves, and turns them into the complete opposite. His work seems to have a dark, slightly creepy tone to it. These illustrations will change your childhood forever.

Is there something more often associated with politics than lies? Perhaps the money?
Politicians lie all the time. Surely you know what I mean if you watch TV. They lie about other politicians. They lie about the consequences of the legislation and policies they propose. They lie in their speeches, they lie in their campaign literature, and they lie on TV, radio, on billboards, and over the Internet.
Some political lies are commonplace, but others can cause wars and genocides.
Watch top 10 political lies of all time.
So you say you’ve always wanted to take up golf but you just couldn’t stand the thought of wearing those ridiculous outfits and driving those tiny golf carts around. Well, one Batman superfan has taken the silly-looking game of golf and made it way cooler with this unbelievably awesome golf cart that looks like Batman’s Tumbler.
The golf cart was spotted on the Warner Brother studio lot and was eventually found to belong to a Batman fan who works on the lot. It might not be as powerful or as fast as the real Tumbler, but it’s almost as cool. You’d be pretty likely to get kicked off of any golf course in the world for driving this mutant beast around. But if your goal is to intimidate the other golfers then there’s no more stylish way to do it. Indian special forces who recently started using armored golf carts could learn a thing or two about style from the awesomely talented builder of this impressive mod.
